Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We are an assignment office, so we will work directly with your insurance (both private and public – including CDCP) to collect payment on your behalf. We will submit electronically to your insurance for direct billing and predetermination; please call our office if the statement we provide does not reflect your insurance statement.
